Fog & Fern does not collect or transmit any personal data to external servers. All data related to your park visits and preferences is stored:

• Locally on your device
• Securely in your personal iCloud account (using Apple’s CloudKit service)

This data is private to you and is not accessible by the app developer or third parties.

2. iCloud Usage

Fog & Fern uses Apple’s iCloud services to sync your data across your own devices. All data stored in iCloud is managed by Apple and subject to their iCloud Terms and Privacy Policy.

3. No Third-Party Analytics or Tracking

Fog & Fern does not use any third-party analytics, advertising services, or tracking technologies. Your app usage data is never shared or monitored.

4. Location Data

Fog & Fern may request access to your location only to provide directions to nearby parks. This data is used only in real time and is not stored or shared.

5. Data Deletion

Because Fog & Fern stores data only on your device and in your iCloud account, deleting the app or removing it from iCloud will remove your data. You are fully in control of your data at all times.
